Dela Rosa left Senate building before dawn, fellow senator says

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa left the Senate building at around 2:30 a.m., another senator said Thursday morning, based on information from a member of the Senate secretariat. This follows the chaos that ensued on Wednesday evening where gunshots were heard at the second floor of the Senate building. /gsg
