MANILA, Philippines — D&L Industries Inc. grew first-quarter net income by 5 percent to P717 million, buoyed by improving margins and steady operations at its Batangas plant.   In a disclosure on Wednesday, the Lao family-led firm said earnings per share reached P0.10 in the January-to-March period.
