Crowds top 120,000 as Dinagyang 2026 festivities kick off Saturday night

ILOILO CITY — More than 120,000 people were estimated to have gathered across key venues in Iloilo City as of 11 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 23, marking the official start of the Dinagyang Festival 2026 festivities, according to crowd monitoring data released by the Iloilo City Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
