Court told: ‘Maleta’ allegedly sent to Sotto, Quimbo, Trillanes

MANILA, Philippines — A purported bagman told the Sandiganbayan Third Division on Thursday that he delivered cash-filled suitcases, or “maleta,” to Sen. Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, former Rep.
