Good afternoon! I have a problem po with accessing the wifi gateway. I was able to access it po kanina and i changed the password lang dahil maraming naka connect nang di namin alam. Then I went to security and instead na blacklist, i decided to add mga devices na iwhitelist. I was able to add my laptop, then after that i clicked on the check mark sa may itaas. Goods naman. Tas after nag add ako ng another device then all of a sudden di na naka connect yung laptop and ayaw na ma connect. And so nagpa load po ako on my phone and connected my laptop doon. Then i tried to access it again but it says site can't be reached. Can someone help me please? Thank you! I have already sent an email and message on them but it's taking so long.
