We're moving houses and the line got disconnected anyway so I wanted to disconnect my converge line as well. Problem is, I have an outstanding bill of P1500, so Converge keeps on insisting me to pay that first. But ever since from March 14 up to April 7 I'm not connected to converge anymore, so I didn't want to pay that, but Converge here tells me I pay first, then they'll give the rebates via LBC after disconnection, and later on told me I need to reconnect my line first before processing the rebates.
Personally, this is beyond unreasonable. Why would I pay a company which I know historically don't provide rebates, and has not been doing their best to reconnect the line as soon as they can.
I've already cc'ed NTC on the email, what other steps can I take to finish this fiasco? What would you guys suggest?
