Apparently, PLDT will not allowed the FiberUnliAll subscribers to add the CignalTV 290 plan. They will route you to the CignalTV plan 520 (have 2 years lock-in period).
The CignalTV 290 are for the FiberUnli subscribers only if they wish to add a CignalTV. It seems unfair since the CignalTV 290 have more channels than the standard CignalTV under the FiberUnliAll.
Ex.
1799 UnliAllFiber (standard CignalTV) = less channels (recommended to get 520 CignalTV plan as per PLDT instruction)
1699 UnliFiber ( add on 290 CignalTV plan) = more channels
Even on their website, there are no "Prohibited Fiber Plans" for the CignalTV 290 plan.
