Chuckie Dreyfus shared a funny story about how he and his wife, Aileen, met each other.

On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Chuckie said he was clumsy when he was younger, so he was the subject of gay rumors.

The news spread so much, to the point that many women, including his now-wife, thought he really was gay.

"I don't know if people know this—blind date kasi kami nun. We were hooked up to date," he said. "And naalala ko pa ang sabi daw is, 'Oh, i-hook up kita kay Chuckie Dreyfus.'"

"Ang sabi pa nung wife ko ngayon, 'Ayoko dun kasi 'di ba bading 'yun,'" he continued. "'Iba na lang,' gumaganun siya. Eh wala nang choice nung time na 'yun."

Chuckie said he had to prove to Aileen that he is not, in fact, gay. And needless to say, he succeeded.

The actor is currently stars in "Slay," GMA Network's first Viu Original series. The murder-mystery stars Gabbi Garcia, Julie Anne San Jose, Ysabel Ortega, Mikee Quintos, and Derrick Monasterio.

"Slay" airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. after "Mga Batang Riles." It is also available on Viu, but the television version and the streaming version have different killers. —MGP, GMA Integrated News
