Chinese national nabbed over dismembered body in drum case

MANILA, Philippines — A Chinese national was arrested in Pasay City early Wednesday morning in connection with the dismembered body found inside a drum left in Manila, while his compatriot remained at large, the police said. The body was reported to the police on Sunday night after two scavengers were supposedly paid by the two
