Clark Development Corp. (CDC) proudly announces the official endorsement of its Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) for fiscal year 2023-2025 by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). Among the key systems in the ISSP is the Online Business Registration Application System, developed by CDC’s Information Technology Department. In the pipeline is the launching of Clark Artificial Intelligence Chatbot that will serve as a real-time virtual information desk for Clark’s stakeholders.
