Carla Abellana's foster rescue, Puppy, has finally found his fur-ever family.
The Kapuso star shared the happy news through an Instagram post, sharing photos of the aspin and his new human, Mitzi.
Puppy is one of the fur babies at Project Kuna's adoption drive at Venice Piazza on Saturday.
"I am delighted to share that Puppy has been adopted!" Carla wrote in the caption.
"Kayo na po bahala sa kanya. Please please take good care of him. I miss him so much already. But I'm trying to focus on the good side. I know Puppy will have fun with and feel loved by his new family," she added.
Carla rescued Puppy last October after he got ran over by a car in NLEX. The actress witnessed the incident while on her way home from taping and asked her driver to pull over her own vehicle.
She got off the car and looked for the aspin, who was eventually found by Carla's personal assistant, Anna.
Carla decided to call the dog Puppy and took him to a veterinarian for treatment. She eventually took him home to foster.
The actress is a fur parent to her own dogs and a long-time advocate for animal welfare.
Carla recently starred in GMA Prime series "Widows' War," which will begin streaming on Netflix on April 16.
