So basically we tried loading our modem for the second time after it ran out of load. Nung nag load si dad, successful naman. Kaya lang, tuwing inoopen ang modem eh lumalabas ang red light (which means walang load) Ngayon, we dont know what went wrong at kung paano aayusin. We tried contacting GOMO via email pero wala pang reply. Did anyone else encounter this issue? Paano nyo naayos? (Also side note, we also have a globe prepaid modem na nakalink sa account ni dad pero I doubt na nag conflict yung dalawang modem habang nagloload si dad)
