Worst customer service ever! I've chatted with a representative named Kiddie (not sure if girl or boy) but grabe, extremely unhelpful. It felt like walang pake to assist me.
After providing infos, sabi nya will check lang daw, tapos mag chachat bigla ng "Hi! Are you still there? I'm still waiting for your response. I'll keep this conversation open for 3 more minutes". Gusto lang pala iend ung chat kasi ayaw tumulong. Imagine every time mag chat ako like thank you, ok, etc, nagrereply agad. Pero ung pina hold ka lang to check something kuno, gusto lang pala ako hindi mag reply for 3 minutes para ma end lang ung chat. It took me more than 10 mins to be assisted with a chat rep.
Gusto ko lang naman imake sure na ma rerenew ung unli 5g w/ NSD 749 ko kasi about to expire na. Tapos ang sabi antayin ko lang daw mag expire then bili lang daw ulit. Sabi ko Eh pano ako makakapag register pag expire na ung data. Tapos puro copy paste lang ung sinasagot. Paulit ulit.
Napilitan pa ako mag load para maypang register mamaya. Wala pa naman ako kasama sa apartment tapos isang sim lang avail sa phone ko.
Please train your representatives properly. Parang bot mag assist.
