Can dela Rosa be arrested? Trillanes, Remulla clash over ICC warrant

Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV and Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla differed over whether local law enforcers can enforce the International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant to arrest Sen.
