CAAP: Flights cancelled due to Storm Basyang

MANILA, Philippines — Four flights were canceled on Thursday, Feb. 5, due to bad weather caused by Tropical Storm Basyang, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said. Philippine Airlines (PAL) said its cancellations were due to the storm’s proximity. As of 10 a.m. Thursday, CAAP reported the following flights were canceled: Cebu – Siargao
