Butuyan: Dismissal means putting out victims’ final path to justice

MANILA, Philippines — One of the Filipino lawyers representing victims of former President Rodrigo Duterte’s drug war called on the International Criminal Court (ICC) to confirm the charges against the ex-chief executive, saying that a dismissal would extinguish the victims’ last remaining path to justice. Atty. Joel Butuyan made the pronouncement before the judges of
