BSP sees inflation holding above target in July

MANILA, Philippines — Inflation likely remained stubbornly high in July, with elevated fuel and electricity costs and the effects of the peso’s depreciation keeping price pressures well above the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ (BSP) target.
