BPI InstaPay transfer fee down to ₱10

1 week ago 11

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has decreased its InstaPay interbank transfer fee to Php10, but for a limited time only.

The bank’s “10 na Lang!” promo will run from March 7 to May 31, 2025. That’s more than two months during which users can enjoy the lowered transfer fee, down from the original Php25.

This promo is available to customers with any Peso savings or checking accounts enrolled in BPI Online and the BPI mobile app. It also applies to BizKo customers. However, the company noted that the lowered fee does not apply to PESONet transactions.

BPI recently updated its mobile app, removing the “Load e-Wallet” service for both GCash and Maya.

Customers can still transfer funds from BPI to these e-wallets through the “Cash In” feature for a Php5 cash-in fee. Alternatively, users may use GCash and Maya to top up funds from their linked BPI account for the same cash-in fee.

With the promo’s set validity period, it remains to be seen whether the interbank transfer fee will revert to Php25 after May 31, 2025.
