BOC, ICI insist: Seizure of Zaldy Co’s luxury cars legal

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) and the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) have asserted that authorities had a legal basis for confiscating the luxury cars of resigned Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co and companies linked to him at the parking lot of a condominium in Taguig City.  This came after Co’s counsel,
