MANILA, Philippines — MANILA, Philippines — A large wave of Philippine pride washed over the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival during its second weekend following another explosive performance by BINI.

Last week, the Nation's Girl Group made history as the first P-Pop and homegrown Filipino act to perform at Coachella, which is marking its silver edition this year.

The milestone translated online as BINI's performance was among the most-watched gigs from the first weekend, rivalling even the viewership of headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and Karol G.

BINI returned to Coachella's Mojave stage, as they did during the afternoon of Weekend 1, with mostly the same setlist except starting with the dance track "Strings" instead of "Shagidi."

The girl group also donned new dark yet sparkling outer clothing, which they shed to reveal two-piece lavender-pink ensembles underneath.

"Coachella, make some noise! That's the energy we needed," Jhoanna said to the crowd of the overflowing Mojave tent.

Each member then proceeded to introduce themselves individually in different Filipino dialects, mostly reflecting their hometowns, all of them warmly received by waving Philippine flags, fans, light sticks and handkerchiefs in the audience.

Both Gwen and Maloi shouted "Pilipinas!" as the crowd cheered before Jhoanna continued, "Grabe ang daming Pinoy! Maraming salamat po, thank you, it feels so special to be back here for Weekend 2."

"You know, last week was very unforgettable, we had so much fun but today we're given another chance to represent our beloved country," said Aiah, with Sheena also greeting the livestream viewers and their present fans or Blooms.

Stacey invited everyone to relax, sing and dance as the set continued with "Karera," "Salamin, Salamin," "Blink Twice" and "Cherry on Top."

WE ARE BINI! ALL THE WAY FROM THE PHILIPPINES ???????? Cheers erupted from the Coachella crowd as BINI took the stage—but it was their heartfelt introductions that truly touched the audience. One by one, the members spoke in their hometown language, proudly representing different parts of the Philippines in front of a global audience during week 2 of Coachella on Saturday, April 18 PHT.

"Being here for Weekend 2 and seeing all your faces, it means so much to us! Grabe!" said Maloi in between songs. "This really is the sweetest cherry on top of everything we've dreamed of, thank you so much everyone!"

Mikha again led an energy check, challenging the crowd to give a louder "Eeyy!" than last weekend's audience — and the Coachella attendees did not disappoint.

"We heard that all the way from the Philippines, you guys are making us blush! So now I think everybody's ready, let's turn this desert into a warm, baked island party! Let's go Coachella!" said Gwen.

BINI proceeded to cap off their set with "Blush," "Bikini" and "Pantropiko" with an extended dance break.

The crowd repeatedly chanted "BINI!" as the Philippine flag flashed onscreen, leading to Gwen exclaiming "Mabuhay sa mga Pilipino! Maraming salamat Coachella, thank you for being part of our journey, we're going to remember this forever."

The back-up dancers, BINI's Besties, received their applause before the girl group themselves got their time in the limelight, waving to Coachella attendees as the Philipping flag waved behind them before exiting in pairs.
