Bicol’s damaged Maharlika Highway section now open for Holy Week rush

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay — Motorists traveling from Metro Manila and bound for Bicol, Visayas, and Mindanao (and vice versa) for the Holy Week observance can now use previously damaged portions of the Maharlika Highway.
