BI: ‘No recent travel’ by Escudero, Ngu; PHDO implemented

Chiz Escudero and businessman Maynard Ngu have “no recent travel records” prior to the implementation of the precautionary hold departure order (PHDO) against them, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Tuesday.
