BI nabs Chinese national for illegal operation of business in PH

MANILA, Philippines — A Chinese national illegally operating a business in the country was arrested in Buug, Zamboanga del Sur, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said Thursday. The BI identified the arrested individual as Jianhong Liu, 52, a Chinese national from Jinjiang, China, who was apprehended at a commercial establishment in Barangay Sampaguita after authorities verified his
