BI deports, blacklists Chinese national wanted for kidnapping

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Tuesday said that it deported a Chinese national who had been the subject of a warrant of arrest for kidnapping in China, and is now blacklisted in the Philippines.  The BI said that 40-year-old Shi Chunfang was deported on Monday evening through a Xiamen Air flight
