BI denies entry of 2 foreign sex offenders

MANILA, Philippines — Two foreign nationals were barred from entering the country after they were discovered to be registered sex offenders, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) reported on Tuesday. In a statement, the BI said the first foreign national, identified as Borje Millert Hultber, was denied entry at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport on January 6.
