BFP: Incident response now at 3 to 4.5 minutes with revamped 911 system

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) on Tuesday said that its fire incident response was between three and 4.5 minutes with the newly revamped 911 emergency call system. The newly revamped 911 system was relaunched last September in a bid to streamline local governments’ emergency hotlines as well as requests for firefighter,
