Just like other musicians, Ben&Ben is also dreaming of becoming a Grammy winner!
The nine-piece folk band took to "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" to manifest that achievement a couple of years from now.
"In five years or less, mananalo tayo ng Grammy," band vocalist Miguel Benjamin said.
The Grammys is one of the most prestigious music awards conferred to a musician. Notable Grammy winners are Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga, among others.
In the same interview, the band also looked back to the time they launched their first-ever album "Limasawa" in 2019.
"I think 2019, we are very excited but at the same time, no idea what the future held for us," Miguel said.
"It was such a great creative undertaking but at the same time we didn't know back then whether it would work or not. We just had these songs and we had the passion and the bond as a band. Ano lang talaga, basta sabi namin, ilabas natin, i-tour natin, and let's see where it goes. So many things have happened after that," he explained.
Ben&Ben recently released their new album "The Traveller Across Dimensions" which consisted of 12 songs.
They also held a concert on December 14 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in support of their latest album.
