Barbers: Not scared to present Lachica, testimony just unnecessary now

MANILA, Philippines — The reason the prosecution has not called former Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group (VPSPG) head Col. Raymund Dante Lachica as a witness is because his possible testimony would not be necessary to prove its case, former lawmaker Robert Ace Barbers said. Barbers, a spokesperson and adviser for the prosecution, said in
