On March 14, 2025, a panel discussion was held on the Collaboration for the Inscription of the Philippine Accords of the Bangsamoro to Unesco's Memory of the World Registry, featuring leaders from the Bangsamoro Parliament, National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), Mindanao State University, and international peace NGO Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL).

A key initiative is publishing Mindanao's peacebuilding journey into a book for students, policymakers, and advocates, ensuring stories of struggle, dialogue and unity are preserved for future generations.

Beyond discussions, visitors can explore booths from publishing houses, international partners, and government agencies, including the NCCA's Memory of the World exhibit.

March 14 also marks the Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), a milestone in global peace efforts.

The DPCW, drafted by international law experts, seeks to be adopted as international law.

In South Korea, HWPL launched the Together: Connecting Korea campaign, uniting 170 civil organizations to foster dialogue and pave the way for peaceful unification through socio-cultural exchanges.

This festival underscores the power of books in fostering peace and preserving history.
