Bam Aquino pushes bill to address classroom backlog

MANILA, Philippines — Senator Bam Aquino reiterated the need to pass his Classroom-Building Acceleration Program (CAP) Act, saying it is a vital step toward addressing the country’s classroom backlog within six years. Calling the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) completion of only 60 classrooms for 2025 “unacceptable,” he urged local government units and civil society organizations
