MANILA, Philippines — As families unite over the golden sweetness of tikoy to celebrate the Chinese New Yea, the Filipino Chinese Bakery Association Inc. (FCBAI) is set to hold the Bakery Fair 2025 from March 6 to 8 at the World Trade Center Manila.

The landmark event and premier exhibition to be attended by artisan bakers and pastry enthusiasts promises to blend tradition with cutting-edge innovation, fostering growth and unity across the Philippines’ vibrant baking industry.

Renowned as the industry’s most trusted platform, Bakery Fair has consistently propelled businesses forward by connecting exhibitors and suppliers with bakery owners and workers nationwide.

“Bakery Fair’s unmatched reach – down to provinces and every region – makes it the ideal venue to nurture close-knit industry relationships,” FCBAI president Chris Ah said.

“This event isn’t just an exhibition, it’s a catalyst for economic vitality, uniting pioneers and communities to create a sweeter, brighter future for all,” Ah said.

Bakery Fair 2025 will highlight three days of high-stakes competition such as “The Baker’s Cup,” immersive demos and networking opportunities.

The event is open to the public to allow everyone to experience the artistry and passion behind the Philippines’ baking renaissance.

“Just as tikoy binds families, this event unites our industry in harmony and progress,” Ah said.

The FCBAI champions excellence in the baking sector, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive economic and cultural growth nationwide. The STAR columnist Wilson Lee Flores is an executive vice president of FCBAI.
