AZ Martinez has finally let go of her ex-boyfriend Larkin Castor.

Monday's episode of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" showed the Sparkle star writing a letter for Larkin in response to his own letter for her.

After she finished writing, AZ talked to Kuya and shared to him the content of her message.

"Honestly Kuya, nung inuumpisahan ko 'yung letter, sobrang sobrang hirap talaga ako na 'di ko alam anong sasabihin, 'di ko alam saan uumpisahan. Kasi with that letter parang I have to make a decision already. Because may necklace, may mga sinabi siya sa letter niya, and parang it's time to make it clear," she said.

According to AZ, she's been wanting to talk to him and clear some things between them so she appreciated that Larkin wrote a letter for her. The letter, along with the necklace, was delivered by celebrity house guest Donny Pangilinan.

"Sabi niya doon he hasn't given up. And sobrang selfish ko if pagpapatuloy ko pa rin na gano'n, tapos ako masaya lang dito, selfish na ako nun. I knew I had to say my decision. Baka kailangan na itong gawin para hindi na siya masira Kuya, para hindi na siya masaktan," she said.

"Gusto ko po sabihin sa kanya is, pinapalaya ko na po siya Kuya. Kung gusto niya pa rin maghintay Kuya, that's his choice na. Pero ayoko na po siya kontrolin, ayoko na siya pilitin, ayoko na siya habulin or guluhin pa Kuya. Kasi alam ko mas masasaktan, mas masisira lang siya if I leave him hanging," AZ added.

After reading what she wrote, AZ said she felt at ease and proud of herself because she finally did what she thought is right for now. 

Kuya left her some words of wisdom and hoped that she may find peace in her heart. 

"AZ, lam kong hindi madali ang desisyong ginawa mo. Ending a relationship is never easy. Ang paghilom ay isang proseso. Hindi mo kailangan madaliin. Sana lang 'pag nakita kayo ni Larkin sa labas ng bahay, magkaroon kayo ng magkakataon na mag-usap, ng may respeto, para magkaroon ng closure ng makakatulong sa inyong dalawa," Kuya said.

"When you are ready, mas buo ka na, mas matatag, at mas handa na na magmahal muli," he added.

The Kapuso actress previously told her fellow housemates that she and Larkin broke up before she entered Bahay ni Kuya.
