AyalaLand Logistics profit falls 71.5%

MANILA, Philippines — AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) saw its 2025 net income tumble 71.5 percent to P200 million as industrial lot sales slowed during the year. In a disclosure on Thursday, the industrial parks and logistics arm of property giant Ayala Land, Inc. said it had booked consolidated revenues of P3.8 billion last year.
