Ayala Land pauses Laurean Residences sales amid global risks

MANILA, Philippines – Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) said it was pausing sales of Laurean Residences in Makati City due to evolving global conditions, including the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. In a statement on Monday, the Zobel-led firm cited rising cost pressures and uncertain delivery timelines, affecting its ability to execute the project with
