MANILA, Philippines — Property giant Ayala Land Inc. has opened a new public transport hub that will improve mobility within Arca South and strengthen access to key destinations across Metro Manila.

Directly connected to Ayala Malls Arca South and the newly opened Arca Main Street, the new Arca South Transport Terminal allows commuters to move easily between public transport, retail areas, workplaces and open spaces.

The facility is operated by Ayala Land’s transport partner, Interlux Corp.

The terminal serves buses, jeepneys, AUVs and tricycles, helping organize traffic and improve daily commutes.

It includes retail kiosks, food outlets, PWD?accessible restrooms and a dedicated lactation room to create a more comfortable and inclusive commuting environment.

Existing routes connect Arca South to major areas including Bonifacio Global City, Makati, Alabang, Pasay and the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, strengthening the estate’s role as a southern access point.

The opening of the terminal coincides with the launch of Arca Main Street, a 26,000?square?meter pedestrian?focused corridor that links key destinations within the estate.

The Main Street connects Ayala Malls Arca South, Arca South Pitch and nearby residential communities through shaded walkways, open areas and spaces for events and day?to?day leisure.

Ayala Land said the estate is set to host the planned Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange and future connections to the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (Skyway Stage 4), projects which are expected to further improve regional connectivity and reinforce Arca South’s position as a major urban hub.

Arca South also hosts Ayala Land residential developments across its premium, mid?market and value brands.

These include Ayala Land Premier’s Arbor Lanes and Gardencourt Residences, Alveo’s Park Cascades and The Veranda, as well as Avida Towers One Union Place and Avida Towers Vireo.

Beyond housing and transport, Arca South also continues to grow as a mixed?use district.
