STOCKHOLM, June 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV) and (SSE: ALIVsdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, today announced that Fredrik Westin has decided to resign as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance for personal reasons and to pursue a position in continental Europe, where he resided prior to joining Autoliv in March 2020. He remains in his current position until December 31, 2025, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Mikael Bratt, President and CEO of the Company, said, "We sincerely thank Fredrik for his valuable contributions to Autoliv and the executive management team over the past five years which has been a particularly challenging period for the global automotive industry. We wish him and his family all the best as they relocate."

The recruitment process for the successor Chief Financial Officer will be launched immediately.
