Over 800 delegates have signed up for the highly anticipated event organized by Cebu-based Filipino Homes.

With the theme, "Empowering Growth: Fostering Global Partnerships with Responsible Developers," the summit will gather founders, presidents, and top executives from the country’s leading property developers.

More participants are expected to sign up as more than 30 top developers and 1,000 real estate professionals are anticipated to attend.

“The summit will be an avenue to foster connections among real estate stakeholders, allowing CEOs and top executives to share their best practices and insights,” said Filipino Homes founder and president Anthony Gerard Leuterio.

“It’s also a chance for top real estate sellers to engage directly with industry leaders and discuss the next big trends in the market,” Leuterio added.

The event, which debuted in 2023, aims to provide a premier platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration, helping industry players stay ahead of market shifts and innovations.

Leuterio remains bullish on the Philippine real estate market in 2025, citing strong demand and limited supply as key drivers of growth.

“The primary market within key cities, especially Cebu, Metro Manila, and Davao, remains tight, with new developments selling out quickly and keeping upward pressure on property prices,” he said.

Leuterio added Palawan and Bacolod are also experiencing significant growth in property development.

He said key factors that are shaping the market are the sustained overseas Filipino workers’ remittances, which continue to fuel real estate investments, particularly in urban centers and tourist destinations.

Major projects like the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system in Cebu and road network improvements nationwide are enhancing connectivity and increasing demand for residential properties.

Leuterio said there is also a growing interest in sustainable and affordable housing. He urged developers to prioritize sustainable and affordable housing options to address the rising demand from local and international buyers.

He also sees the rise of mixed-use developments as homebuyers are increasingly looking for integrated communities that combine residential, commercial, and lifestyle amenities.

“Despite challenges such as high interest rates and inflationary pressures, the real estate sector is expected to remain resilient, supported by strong end-user demand and infrastructure-driven growth,” he said.

ARES 2025 is set to be a game-changer for real estate professionals, providing an exclusive opportunity to elevate careers, expand networks, and gain insights into the future of the property market in the Philippines and beyond.
