Any way to retrieve PLDT Acct#

Yung white na wire nginatngat ng pusa at naputol. I will need the acct# to request for tech thru the PLDT hotline kaso I don't have it. Yung nagpakabit kasi nito di na dito nakatira and wala akong contact. Nasa kanya yung account details.

Any other way to retrieve the acct#? Or request for tech without it? Any other workaround in this case?
