MANILA, Philippines — An American national has been arrested after he was allegedly found in the company of two boys inside a condominium unit in Cebu City.
The National Bureau of Investigation said the suspect was collared on Sunday based on information provided by the TIP Helpline of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in Central Visayas.
The boys, aged 10 and 15, were turned over to the DSWD for proper disposition.
They said they were offered money in exchange for staying with the foreigner, whose identity was withheld pending investigation.
