alright guys I need your help

So at work, my amazing coworkers gave me some to try because I grew up around the filipino culture and let's be real it's fuckin great. I loved it Asked them hey wtf is this i need a recipe Here's the thing. It was pork something, i didnt understand. No clue what something is. There is white rice, veg, and a very tender pork 🤩 Pls help
