MANILA, Philippines — Ayala Land Inc. (ALI)’s Cavite estate is set to host Abba’s Orchard’s biggest campus in the Philippines.

ALI said Vermosa and Abba’s Orchard have formalized their partnership for the upcoming Abba’s Orchard Vermosa Campus.

It said the partnership positions Vermosa not only as a future-ready Ayala Land estate with key modern amenities, but as a community deeply invested in shaping future generations through education.

“Far from being just the launch of a new school, the collaboration signals a long-term commitment to building learning environments that will shape the next generation of leaders,” ALI said.

“The Vermosa Campus is set to become Abba’s Orchard’s biggest campus in the Philippines, reflecting both institutions’ confidence in the growing demand for high-quality, values-driven education within the community,” it said.

As a Maria Montessori School, the campus will uphold authentic, child-centered learning while offering a complete K–12 program to ensure continuity and depth in a student’s educational journey.

The Vermosa Campus will also introduce the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) program, which will be offered in an Abba’s Orchard campus for the first time.

AMI represents the global gold standard in Montessori education and teacher training.

ALI said the initiative aligns with Abba’s Orchard’s broader goal of establishing in the Vermosa Campus the first AMI Training Center in the Philippines.

“The development follows a carefully structured timeline covering design, regulatory approvals, construction and intensive in-house teacher training – ensuring quality, readiness and sustainability upon opening,” ALI said.

The 752-hectare Vermosa in Imus is one of ALI’s largest estate. It is fast shaping up as a dynamic economic and lifestyle district, promising steady foot traffic, a diverse customer base and an environment conducive to raising families and expanding businesses.
