Aklan provincial board denounces DPWH for Boracay Bridge award 

ILOILO CITY — The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Aklan on Wednesday, April 15, chided the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) after it greenlit the Boracay Bridge proposal of San Miguel Holdings Corporation. In its regular session on Wednesday, the provincial board approved a resolution strongly denouncing the DPWH’s action of awarding the bridge project
