Ahead of ICC drug war hearing, PNP cites reforms in accountability

MANILA, Philippines —  A week before former President Rodrigo Duterte faced confirmation of charges at the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Philippine National Police (PNP) highlighted reforms in how it holds officers accountable. “There have been significant improvements in terms of institutionalizing policies anchored on integrity and accountability as we aim to transform the Philippine
