Adiong on impeach raps: Crisis not an excuse to stop constitutional duty

MANILA, Philippines — The crisis on fuel prices should not be used as an excuse to skip constitutional duties, Lanao del Sur Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong said, reiterating the stand of several lawmakers that the House of Representatives can balance addressing problems and tackling impeachment complaints. Adiong, in a statement on Tuesday, said that the House
