MANILA, Philippines — Actors Cedrick Juan and Kate Alejandrino exchanged "I do's" on Feb. 25 in an intimate garden ceremony attended by family and showbiz colleagues. The wedding took place just a week after they announced their engagement on Feb. 19.
While they have not yet released official photos or details, they shared Instagram Stories from their guests on Feb. 26.
Based on these posts, Juan and Alejandrino tied the knot at Angel Gabriel's Garden in Santa Maria, Bulacan, Juan's hometown.
Among celebrities in attendance were Dolly de Leon, couple Jane Oineza and RK Bagatsing, Gabby Padilla, Anna Luna and directors Pepe Diokno and Jenny Jamora.
Juan, a theater actor-turned-movie star, is best known for portraying Jose Burgos in the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry "GomBurZa," a role that won him the Best Actor award. Alejandrino is also a theater actress who crossed over in television and films. Her acting credits include movies "Ang Pangarap Kong Oskars," "Bula sa Langit" and TV series "Pira-pirasong Paraiso" and most recently, "Lavender Fields."
