THERMA Mobile Inc. (TMO), a subsidiary of Aboitiz Power Corp., was again recognized as the #1 Top Taxpayer of Real Property Tax in Navotas City for the eighth consecutive year and #5 in Local Business Tax. The awards were presented by Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco and Vice Mayor Tito Sanchez to AboitizPower officials Lito Morta and Lou Deligencia during the 119th Navotas Day Celebration.

Mayor Tiangco highlighted the importance of taxes in funding social programs and city improvements, including upgrades to the Navotas City Hospital. "Your continued support is a blessing to every family that benefits from these programs," he said. "Together, we're elevating Navotas to greater heights."

Morta expressed gratitude for the recognition, emphasizing the company's commitment as a responsible corporate citizen. "We are honored to be recognized as Navotas City's top taxpayer and a key contributor to local business tax," he said. "We strive to sustain operations and benefit the communities we serve."

TMO operates four floating oil-fired power barges at the Navotas Fishport Complex, providing 241 megawatts of capacity. The company also supports the local community through medical missions, livelihood programs, education initiatives and disaster relief efforts.
