This culture was evident during the company’s Year-End Party, where moments of reflection highlighted what has sustained the organization through the years, its people.
As part of the celebration, Global Dominion recognized its 20-Year Service Awardees, employees who have dedicated two decades of service to the company. In her message, President and CEO Patricia Poco-Palacios spoke candidly about sustaining the "Go Beyond" mindset by staying rooted in the company’s values.
She shared that when she first joined Global Dominion, she did not expect the journey to last 20 years. What started with simple lunches with colleagues Nanette and Annabelle, and a single thought, “I think I can help”, eventually became a lifelong commitment.
For her, leadership is not about being the smartest or the best, but about continuously improving while staying true to what matters most.
She emphasized that while growth and excellence are important, Global Dominion’s foundation remains its core values: integrity, innovation, care, grit, fun and excellence. These values, she noted, have guided the organization through change and will continue to shape its future.
Echoing this perspective, Maricar Delos Angeles highlighted the importance of commitment and consistency in everything the organization does. She underscored the value of continuous learning, noting that growth comes from the willingness to keep improving and evolving together.
More than a year-end gathering, the celebration served as a reflection of Global Dominion’s enduring culture, one where people stay, grow, and continue to help.
