IBA, Zambales – The four passengers of a Cessna plane (RP-C-211) that crashed at the CDO compound in Purok 3, Barangay Lipay Dingin Panibuatan, Iba, Zambales, at around 8:57 a.m. on Friday survived. 

A report from the office of Zambales Provincial Director P/Col. Benjamin Ariola identified the passengers as flight instructor Capt. Jacques Robert Papio and student pilots Angelo Josh Quinsasay, Althea Kisses Nuñez, and Jericho Palma.

Reports indicate that the plane was in the process of taking off from Iba Airport when it accidentally crashed into the CDO compound.  

Meanwhile, the injured victims were immediately rushed to Zambales Provincial Hospital, where all are reported to be in stable condition, Ariola said.
