3 crew hurt as passenger vessel catches fire off Surigao Strait

SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR–Three crew members sustained injuries when a passenger vessel that left Port of Benit in Panaoan, Southern Leyte, on its way to Lipata Port in Surigao City, caught fire while traversing Surigao Strait on Sunday. Arnel Dela Cruz, 25, and Christian Lei Macapagal, 22, both crewmen of MV Maria Felisa, suffered
