The two siblings with multiple lumps in their bodies who sought help from the GMA Kapuso Foundation have now undergone operation.
According to Mel Tiangco's report in "24 Oras," Monday, Ricardo and Angelina Garcia are suffering from neurofibromatosis, or tumor of the nerves.
While the disease is not contagious, Flores said that the lumps can return and grow in other parts of the body.
With the help of the dermatologic surgeons of the Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center, some of Ricardo and Angelina's tumors have been removed.
Now that some of their tumors have been removed, Ricardo and Angelina feel lighter.
Although some of Angelina and Ricardo's lumps have been removed, the siblings still have to go through another operation.
